Course Content

Think Like an AI Professional
Before touching any AI tool, learn why vague prompts produce vague results. This module covers the anatomy of a strong prompt (Role, Context, Task, Constraints, Output Format) and how to treat every AI response as a first draft, refining it through follow-up prompts instead of accepting the first answer. Ends with a hands-on challenge applying this to a real work task.

Think Better with AI
Shifts AI from "content generator" to "thinking partner." Covers a structured research workflow (Define → Research → Compare → Synthesize → Verify), using AI to compare options and run risk analysis on decisions, and prompting AI to challenge your assumptions before you commit to a plan.

The most hands-on module: writing and rewriting professional content, turning raw meeting notes or transcripts into minutes, reports, and proposals, and going from a rough idea to a full presentation outline and deck. Wraps up with a realistic scenario exercise (a website redesign project) that ties everything together.
