Mercy is a qualified and certified insurance professional with over twenty-five (25) years diverse experience in the Insurance Industry with over thirteen years in various cadres of management. She is a published author and a prolific writer and has been a contributing columnist to ‘Management’ a leading business management journal published by Kenya Institute of Management with readership in East Africa, the Kenya Insurer Journal & in house workplace publications. Mercy is a Certified Workplace and Organizational Effectiveness Coach and member of the International Coach Federation(ICF) and also a Certified Trainer. Her passion and mission is to help people discover, develop and deploy their potential in fulfillment of their life purpose.
